DCM at different BBs
Hey,
I was wondering if pay + bonus is higher at balance sheet bank vs some of the other BBs (GS, MS, etc.). Is it worth taking an EB or other lower balance sheet bank in a DCM role vs. a BB or middle market balance sheet bank?
Also is pay similar for NYC vs. lower-tier cities (e.g. charlotte). Would really appreciate it if some DCM monkeys could hop in. Let me know if I'm retarded

the more dcm is important to the platform then the better the pay will be. Is DCM important to MS/GS or Mizuho?
