have 3 offers at TD, Solomon, and Mizuho right now. All generalist offers. Was wondering if anyone had insight into comp, wlb, prestige, exits, and return offer rate. For some background, more interested in M&A but anything is fine, and also considering lateral full time. Appreciate any help and insight

TD is best comp. Exits and prestige depend heavily on the group. Solomon overall as a name and firm > TD but certain groups at TD (Tech and HC) will have better deal flow and therefore exits than Solomon. Mizuho for nothing (maybe WLB)
Had some friends at mizuho and they said WLB is not good despite having 0 deal flow. Heavy facetime culture and alot of useless VPs/Ds cranking you into the AMs on pitches and internal work
Any chance deal flow will change with more integration with Greenhill? I know they do a lot of capital raises but coverage groups are becoming more integrated with Greenhill
