Delaying Graduation for Another IB SA Recruiting Cycle?

Transferred into a semi-target as a junior and feel like I came in late relative to the traditional IB recruiting timeline. Currently in WM and considering delaying graduation from May 2027 to December 2027 mainly to get another SA recruiting cycle.

Wanted to ask how banks generally view this. Is delaying graduation for recruiting purposes fairly common/acceptable as long as you remain full-time, or can it raise red flags? Also curious how common December grads are in IB recruiting and whether firms usually have any issue with that timeline.
