first of all, there are bigger scams in the world than intl. students in the UK. Canadian diploma mills are a far bigger scam and an expensive US degree without any visa from the gov is also not great. plenty of folks have to continue studies to remain in status there or leave.

at least you get a visa in the UK post degree, even though the market won't care that much.

yes, bad market - but some intl. do break in and find a role. it's not impossible.

best of luck.

I appreciate it. Maybe the job market can recuperate after a few years and give me a better chance. I view that the current unemployment mayhem is due to the explosion of UK uni freshmen during covid(they're graduating now) and overhiring freshgrads during covid so, it hope that it's a seasonal issue. Intl are going somewhere else away from UK unis nowadays so it may open up a place a bit.

Yeah, I'm considering HK/SG/Dubai as well; Dubai is giving out 10-year visas to uni graduates( GPA cutoff), so it might provide some opportunities.

Since I'm Asian, working & living in Asia is more tempting, yet many Asian people aspire to survive in London.

I think at this point most people are trying to survive in London. regardless of race/ethnicity.
It's a lot tougher to make it in the UK nowadays, the opportunities aren't there any longer, the problems are increasing. Especially violent crimes, property crimes, anti social behavior, mass immigration and the general attitude of people.

It's not all bad though, if you have wealth London is still a place you may want to call home.

England is actually a nice country if you pick the right post code and avoid the wrong people.
