Could be dated on this but I don’t know if any firms really give a fuck about your SAT. GPA is a much more current and standard metric that tracks actual performance, instead of a 3 hour evaluation on some random Saturday morning. Correct me if I’m wrong.
not for IB. except FTPartners asked me. heard some bigger PE funds ask for it just for another data point cuz everyone so impressive
Some banks ask during the application process. I remember BAML and MS asking for either ACT or SAT on their online app. Never came up on the interview or background screening though.
Nah. It'll look stupid if they found out you took SAT in college. Hs was the time to do it if you wanted to. Just put your ACT score on your resume if it's good. Wall Street tends to have a bias to the SAT over ACT but it's not that big of a deal. I've found it helps in some way for me since I'm non target and showing that I got a 1500+ on the SAT makes them think I'm not significantly stupider than target kids. If you're a target though, it def doesn't matter. Even if you're a non-target, it will make a negligible impact. You're not going to get an interview because of your SAT score
