Deutsche Bank IB SA Recruiting — Process Overview & What They Look For?

Hey everyone,
I’m currently going through the investment banking summer analyst recruiting process at Deutsche Bank and wanted to get a better understanding of how their process typically works. Is the program generalist for the NY office, or are you aligned with a specific group early on? Also, what types of technicals do they tend to focus on — are they more conceptual or modeling-heavy?

Lastly, for those who have gone through it or are familiar, what does DB seem to value most in candidates? Any insight on what they’re specifically looking for would be super helpful.
