Did first-year 2020 class MBA associates or any VPs quit this year more than others
Wondering if there is lot of turnover at the mid level since am considering lateralling to a BB will affect lifestyle that much

I know multiple from my 2020 b school class who have already left. They knew the hours would be bad, but they didn't think they would be this bad particularly with so little network/knowledge sharing with most people working from home.
EDIT: Why am I getting Monkey Shit for answering the question of the OP?
YEah WTH
Every single one quit in my group(bb)
One lateral quit after 1 month too
Damn how many in the group? And is this MBA CO2020?
Where did they go?
Corporate development and strategy
BUMP
Yes. VPs and ASOs quitting left and right. Those with families are quitting at very high rates. Horrible situation now because deal flow is still very high and there are not enough bankers below the MDs to carry out all of the deals.
Is aso/vp turnover going to stop when people return to office or is it just because high dealflow
Where are they going?
How do they replace VPs?
Turnover seems to be at an all-time high (essentially all levels other than MD/Partner)… really tough when deal flow is as well.
I thought that was the case in march but now bodies have been added with the new graduating class and laterals so wouldn't that take burden off the analysts /aso / vp?
