Didn’t finish the whole financial modeling test - Will this disqualify me?

I had an hour to complete a modeling test. The test was broken down into 3 sections: fill in the blanks of financial statements, perform Excel functions such as the choose function, if function, and large function, and a brief DCF exercise with 8 steps.

I was able to fill out the financial statements accurately using about 8 minutes. Then, I skipped over to the 8 steps in the DCF exercise and finished all the steps and got at least 6 or 7 of those steps right. Although, my work was not really that organized and by the time I finished all those steps, I had only 10 minutes remaining to finish the Excel functions section of the test. I rushed through the top half of the Excel functions section and was able to finish it. However, I did make a few minor mistakes here and there. And I ran out of time before I got to finish the second half of those functions. So, all in all, I was able to complete 2.5 out of the 3 sheets given to me. Should I let them know that I ran out of time at the end so that they are not left wondering whether I was clueless about the parts I left blank? I am not sure if my performance is considered poor or fair. This is for an entry level role.
