Direct Lending / Private Credit Analyst Comp

My little brother is interviewing for Bain’s DL / PC analyst program and was wondering what comp can he expect? I’ve heard from buddies in this area that associates make $250k and analysts right out of undergrad make $125k all in. I’d be interested to hear your thoughts.

Thanks. Any other data points on this or comp in general at the Junior level in DL?

At Bain, i'm pretty sure he'll hit $125k all in at minimum.

Associates have wide range with firms pay very differently depending on city, but safe to say most reputable shops will pay junior associates around $200k-$250k all-in and senior associates around $250k-$300k all-in (Bain again would be on higher end).  This can move upward depending on how reputable the shop is, and I personally know a senior assoc that has made $375k all-in.

Your little brother has one hell of an opp in front of him that i wish i had at that age.  Good luck to him.
