Disclose Name of New Firm?
Hello all,
When making the jump from IBD to PE, did you disclose to your current employer where you were going next? I understand the safe play is to keep things quiet, but at a small shop with strong relationships, this feels disingenuous, especially considering it’s a different industry. I would be interested to hear about your experiences with this.
