Disclosed Broker and ETF but forgot to send out transaction confirmation
I am working at an IB and disclosed my broker as well as the exact ETF i'm investing in (MSCI World) to compliance a few months ago when I started, which told me that a index tracked ETF (especially MSCI world) is not regulated and fine.
I just made my 2nd transaction (buying additional shares in that exact ETF) and realized that I forgot to enable the "automatic duplicate transactions" feature meaning that my bank never received transactions records. I immediately enabled that feature and think it's fine since the record is only used by the banks to validate that I don't do any insider trading (which I obviously didn't). However, should I still freak out? This was obviously a stupid mistake which would not happend if I correctly read the employee handbook.
