Diversity ERGs

Hey guys,

I’m a Sophomore at non-target. I am Hispanic tho. For networking, would it be delusional to try to connect with spokespeople/secretaries/presidents of different firms’ Latino/Minority ERGs? I was thinking about reaching out to the firms’ campus recruiting email, asking them to talk to a Latino ERG spokesperson if possible, bc I highly value DEI.

So is this delusional? Will this get me anywhere if I shoot 80+ emails?
