Given that I'm a diversity at a target, how much will diversity programs (like SEO) help me? Anyone have similar experiences? Thanks

I just know that when you apply through SEO you can't apply through regular channels - so would being a target be advantageous among that SEO pool?
And is it much easier to recruit being a target & diversity? Is that a big leg up?
I don’t think this is accurate? I applied through regular channels for banks and was put into the Seo resume book. Banks reached out from there.

It will help a shit ton. You will be put into resume books (like everyone else) but you will stand out due to attending a target. You should be getting interviews easily. I’m sure it will also help to get into diversity programs.
From a target and did seo. Seo will forward you all early diversity opportunities much earlier than your career center will. Also many alternative investment roles like PE and HF internships and FT I saw were only on SEO.
