Do analysts at BB's get to purchase company stock?
Do any of you get this and if so, do you participate in the employee stock purchase plan? I understand that stock becomes a large part of comp at senior levels, but is it dumb idea for an analyst to put 1-10% of their salary towards discounted company stock?
