SA here. Do banks give their analysts cellphones, laptops, and a work desktop computer. I've only ever had a work desktop computer (at a BB last summer), but use my personal X1 Carbon now for everything. And what types? Like new iPhones, ThinkPads, etc? This may be a dumb question lol.

It was a generally decent model, I think I got the iPhone 7 or something similar when I was a first-year. Doesn't really matter though, I only used my phone for work communication or to hotspot anyways.
