Do MM's and BB's pay the same?
I feel like the two have a very similar pay structure with maybe a $10k-$20k difference between the two for an analyst 1 role per se($160k vs $180k). Not to mention bank performance, is there really much of a difference? (moreover BB's have slightly longer hours)
And how significant is the difference in exit ops between the two?
Ex. MM IB > MM PE BB IB > MF PE
MM IB > MM HF BB IB > MF HF
What would the salary difference between all these routes be over 5 years given you work 2 in IB?
