Do relationships exists if you are in IB?

After networking and talking with people in IB, I was curious if and how people have managed to have stable or any relationships while working 80+ hours a week, or does that not exist.

Some people definitely make it work. I known an associate that is having a kid. Plenty of analysts have relationships (hard to tell exactly how long they all last etc). You are sort of confined to the weekend and maybe one weekday a month you can get out at a reasonable hour for a last-minute dinner date (and then maybe go back to the office). Like most things, if you really try at it, anything is possible. Some analysts find time to work out during the week. Some analysts study for and pass the CFA. Some analysts get fired in the first six moths. It all depends
