Do you adjust PV Factor for a financials ending in September for example?

Hey folks,

Apologies in advance if this is a dumb question but if i am building a dcf for a company with FY ending in September (my current company's FY ends in March), do i adjust the PV factor? Is there anything specific i need to keep in mind here?

This is only my 2nd DCF ever so hope you guys understand.

Thanks
