Does it make sense for me to change IB firm?

  • Current firm: 3 years at Big 4 Corporate Finance, we've had a strong deal flow for the past 2 years as well as a strong pipeline for 2022. Mostly MM M&A deals in a variety of industries.

  • New offer: a boutique IB focused on energy and infrastructure. Total comp will increase by 50%.

I'm currently based in Asia and my goal is to get into M7/T15 MBA -> re-recruit at a BB/EB bank in NYC. Will most likely pursue a generalist program or Consumer / Industrials. Should I stay at my current firm or should I accept the new offer?
