Does it make sense to join a brand new boutique?
So I just got an intern to FT (3 months of intern then FT) offer from a newly established boutique bank (less than 2 yrs old & only has the founder along with an MD) and was told that I would be the first intern at their firm.
Should I take the offer given that I'm a senior graduating in 2 months? I got told that there currently are multiple deals in the pipeline, but I'm concerned that it's going to make the process of lateralling 10x harder than it already is due to it being a completely new boutique.
