Does MS ghost candidates?
Exactly two weeks ago had a Superday with MS for IBD SA 2022. I have yet to hear back from them and sent out a followup to HR which they haven't responded to. I find this to be strange given that some of my peers in their prior experiences with MS were promptly given offers or rejection emails. Does this mean I'm possibly waitlisted or have I just been ghosted/rejected?
Have to move on assuming you were rejected, unfortunately. Keep grinding on the applications and networking.

Sucks, but they are probably keeping you in limbo while they evaluate other candidates. Might be doing another group of superdays. Assume you didn’t get it, but there’s a chance they’ll circle back. Best of luck and try not to sweat it. You still have time.
This usually means you’re waitlisted unless they’re some no name shop without standardized recruiting (ie not MS)
They probably gave out offers but those people are siting on them to see how GS goes or the EB they want or whatever.
Proceed as if you don’t have an offer. If you get one, immediately go back to MS and say “just checking in, I received an offer from bank but wanted to check in as I really enjoyed the group at MS and thought it would be a great fit blah blah”. Might spur them to act.
