I know in previous threads it’s pretty consistently said that Qatalyst doesn’t visa sponsor, but when looking through the analyst class I literally see 2 Western Ivey kids who interned to ft offer in 2022. I am probably gonna email HR about this but just wanted to hear some thoughts here. Is sponsorship only for Canadians? Will they sponsor this year? Any insight is appreciated.

Qatalyst did not file H1B for analysts since 2021 and not regularly since 2019. The bullcase for you is that they take TN Visa (assuming you are Canadian). However its very possible that the two ivey kids are just two dual citizens given that they did SA at Qatalyst
