Does taking Series 7 help recruit?
Hi all,
I am going into my junior year and still recruiting IB and currently am able to get my internship to sponsor me to take the Series 7. Albeit it may not even be required for most IB roles, would it be good to take? The currently internship is a PE broker-dealer and I feel like taking it would allow me to push the importance of my internship leveraging the fact that they sponsored me to take the exam believing in my potential within the company (even though it is just an internship with no ft potential) and it would make me more well rounded and a more knowledgeable and dedicated candidate overall?
