Does this model make sense?

I am going to take the Break into wall street modeling class. Before I start, I made a model to see where I am at right now.
Anyone mind taking a look? and Any suggestions?
It's a very basic 3 statement model with a DCF valuation.

  • Debt isn't paid down ever
  • COGS and SG&A % should be rolling (2019 cost isnt based on 2012-2014 %s)
  • Never seen a growing growth number before - that is what the TV is for
  • Depreciation exceeds fixed assets
  • Didn't lock tax rate in FCF calc
  • should add AP / AR / Inv levels based on days
  • mid-year convention is missing 2014-2019 (doesnt get used on TV)
