if a bank has a resume drop on campus and still asks you to apply using their website, does that application even get looked at? Or will they only look at the resumes through the career site?
I ask b/c the website application sometimes asks things that I don't feel like answering, such as what language do you speak and wat skill do u have

The way I've seen it work at my school is that alums look over the resumes from the campus drop and note the ones they like, thus bypassing the whole HR screening process that happens w/ website applications. Still, if they say to do both it couldn't hurt
