Done nothing in Internship for weeks?
Hi All,
I joined a large investment bank for an internship, but have had no work to do for the past few weeks even after raising this to an associate and repeatedly asking analysts if there are workstreams I can help them on. For context, in previous internships managers have been happy with the quality of my work and have taken a bigger interest in making sure interns were occupied. Also, another intern on the team is experiencing the same.
Is this normal or a red flag? What can I do to 1. actually develop skills/learn 2. get a return offer
