Primarily restructuring focused. Used to have a reputation as a toxic disorganized place to work. That was a few years ago, so don’t know if things have changed. If you like restructuring and can handle the culture, I’m sure it’s a chance to work directly with some smart people while taking on a lot of responsibility. Don’t underestimate importance of culture though, especially at a small boutique.
