Ducera Partners Thoughts
I accepted an offer at Ducera Partners a few weeks ago and would love to hear more about the firm's culture, growth, exits, etc. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Very grateful for this offer, and I know it's a very exciting firm to be a part of.
It’s a sweatshop. They take pride in grinding but pay above comp. Good deal flow and work on fun restructuring mandates
