The 2 exits Ik from the most recent class have been a top distressed HF and umm buyout. So exits seem fine but like you said not super established

Comp: Ducera is a bit better but I don't know how large the difference is.

Culture: Greenhill takes this one. The culture at Ducera isn't bad or toxic from what I've heard, they just don't have great WLB

Exits: This ones tricky, and probably depends on more what you want. If you want to exit to credit or distressed its probably a wash. If you want more traditional exits Greenhill is probably the safer bet, just because those exits are more established. I don't think someone from Ducera would have a problem getting some looks from some PE funds (especially the more value oriented funds), but that being said, Greenhill will likely get you more looks/place you higher on the lists for certain firms/strategies just because the history of Exits.
