“This is my first session with a mentor on WSO. It was great to work with Sahil because even though the focus of the session is on my resume, he understands that it is important to first understand me as a person and where I stand on my recruiting process. I like that Sahil is very straightforward with what I need to do. One of my biggest weakness right now is missing finance experience, and he suggested changing the wording of my experiences to appeal to investment banking, and add details about the finance clubs that I am joining. I would happily work with Sahil again.”

“Susan was super willing to adapt to how best to structure the Mock Coffee Chats to best meet my needs. For example, we started by going straight into the Mock structure but soon realized that it might be better to do some workshopping / feedback after each portion instead of running through the whole mock at once!”
