I'm curious about lateral associate positions at Elite Boutiques. Do they open up frequently? What's the best way to find out about opportunities? Are most of these positions filled via networking with people at the firm or in the group that's hiring, or through recruiters?
I'm currently an associate (promoted from analyst) at a strong MM advisory firm, with solid deal experience, and am interesting in moving to a top-tier firm.
