Entrepreneuship after Consulting or IB? (exit opps)
Background:
I'm a decently smart international student at a semi-target from Asia. I like the process of investing and modelling, but my long term goal is entrepreneurship in tech or retail because reward/risk is pretty high in developing economies. After two to four years in consulting or IB, I intend on pursuing an MBA only if I get into H/S or Oxford for the prestige factor.
As I'm only a freshman rn, do you think consulting is the way to go or would IB provide a better foundation for me before pursuing entrepreneurship? Obviously, the money's better in IB, but does IB or PE, at the junior level, provide tangible skills that can be applied to building a business?
