I have a superday at a BB with the ECM team. They said the SD would consist of a case study to test my technical skills. I don't believe it will be an LBO or M&A case study as one would expect in IBD, so what should I be looking out for? Walking through an IPO process, just a general sense of what's going on in the markets, etc... give me guidance monkeys!
