Error in Thank You e-mail title?
After a superday, I sent thank you e-mails, only to find out later that the title reads: "Thank you for the phone interview."
Must have been all the phone interviews I had with everyone...
Since I can't retrieve it, should I just sit back and just wait for the results? I think sending another correction e-mail would just clutter up the interviewer's inbox.

wow that much suck. honestly i don't know what all you can do at this point..
maybe sending a correction email at least shows you noticed the mistake. but if by any slight chance the interviewer(s) didn't open the email/just deleted it or whatnot/didn't notice your mistake..you could be drawing attention to it.
Send them 3 correction e-mails, flowers, and nicely drawn picture. That will get the message across to them.
WTF? You guys serious? I have over 40 thank you emails. I delete them all - maybe I'll reply if the candidatee was memorable ...

I mean you guys are cool like that and wouldn't care, which is great, but think about how many a-holes are out there that will turn that into a dealbreaker. Even if the kid nailed the interview and did everything else right.
