Evercore Analyst Comp + Signing Bonus
recently lucky enough to get a position at EVR in IB group and was wondering about total comp and signing bonuses with recent raises (last data I saw from older posts was pre raise I think).
With 120k base, is it fair to say TC as AN1 will be 220-250k range? Does anyone know if there is also like a $25k signing bonus if you sign on after your summer internship (friend had mentioned it but not sure if that's true)? Any other insights into analyst comp would be greatly appreciated!
bump
Yes
Evercore An1: $120k base + $25k signing (for returning interns) + 75-100% bonus. So it's fair to assume all-in compensation for first years will be in the range of $230-260k.
Source: interned there and returned last year.
awesome, thanks for lmk, I just signed yesterday so super excited for next summer! Do you have any insight into the various perks EVR gives interns/full times (i.e. 401k info, meal/transportation credits, tech budget for WFH, etc)?
Last summer, interns got $30/day for dinner if you're expecting to work past 9pm that night. In addition, there was a stipend for wifi since interns were WFH.No other perks other than those 2 stipends, your internship signing bonus, and biweekly prorated salary. Can confirm $15k full-time signing bonus + $10k additional bonus if you're a returning intern
Sure thing, I was very curious on these things before my internship too so happy to help. Keep in mind that I interned virtually, but some may still be applicable.
$30 dinner stipend on weekdays, $20 lunch and $30 dinner if working weekends. HR sent corporate laptop, mouse, and headset (to be returned at end of summer) and a banker bag duffel. Interns don't get a corporate card, but we were able to expense work Ubers and other related travel/tech/work expenses. Also received a $150 stipend to purchase a monitor for home (got to keep it) and a $150 phone bill/home wifi stipend.
Overall, Evercore treated interns very well. One of the best summer analyst programs on the street in my opinion.
Could you comment on perks and the like for FT analysts? Thanks for the info, sounds like a great place to be
