Evercore Diversity Process at an Evercore Target School?

I'm wondering if people could shed some light on the diversity process for Evercore at an Evercore target school (which they heavily recruit from). Are technicals/interviews significantly easier than non-diversity? Is there an official or unofficial quota of how many diversity/nondiversity they take? Is there any reason for me to not go through the diversity process?

Thanks

I don’t think anyone outside of Evercore’s decision makers re:recruiting will know answers to any of the first few questions. But there’s no reason not to take advantage of diversity pipelines if you qualify.

Evercore is probably the only bank that doesn't have an easier process for diversity. You must know M&I 400 cold and you must prep beforehand because the process is 3 weeks earlier than nondiversity.

It's unbelievably easy. I have a friend (well-off black kid) who didn't even apply for the program, and somehow the captain of my target recruiting team reached out to him (you heard it right), selling Evercore and encouraging him to apply. That person literally told him, I'm gonna send you to superday, and they tend to ask XYZ type of questions, and many more supports that you would never expect. Definitely go for the diversity program, as you will have an offer by the end of April or early May, but even if you don't go through their official diversity program, they will always give you special consideration.
