Got selected for Evercore Real Estate M&A group first round. Series of 2 30 minute calls. I’ve heard it’s 90% technical, but not entirely sure what to prep for real estate M&A. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I have a decent idea but I’m more interested in the breakdown between traditional IB technicals and then real estate IB specific technicals
Update: fairly difficult interview, pretty technical focused on both financial accounting and real estate specific questions. Not positive if I got dinged or not, but not super confident on moving onto the next round.
