EVR Technical Question
Got asked this recently in EVR interview; have 2nd round in 1.5 hours - how to calculate Equity value given Net Income, EBITDA, P/E, and Ev/EBITDA.
I asked for shares outstanding and was told I can do it with just these; don't remember how
Net income * P/E
This.
P/E is Equity Value/Net Income
u already getting evercore second rounds? good shit. Im guessing west coast right
If you can't answer this, start looking at BBs. Evercore not for you. No offense
To be fair, he somehow got the second round while missing that lmao
As far as I know, Evercore does 2 "first rounds", so I wouldn't call that a second round.
If you can’t answer this, can always do equities in Dallas
Bruh
What would you have done with the shares outstanding?
I think he was going to do net income * p/e * shares outstanding, potentially thinking that p/e is share price / net income, not EPS. Honestly a simple mistake.
