Excel Problem

Not sure if I accidently changed some settings or it's my computer but here's the issue:

When I drag a formula down, it isn't using the new cells in the formula that should have inherently been dragged down as well. It drags the right formula, but the value that shows up is the same as the original value from the original cell. If I hit F9 and refresh, the value changes to what it should be.

To change that, you just need to go to the Formulas ribbon (for excel 2007 or higher) and find the button where it says "calculation mode" at the right. click on the arrow to see the options and select Automatic.
