“Exciting” hedge fund comp

Been a while since I’ve been on this site; was an analyst in 2007, now I’m running an equity & distressed hedge fund.

Two broad questions related to our hiring program for new analysts:

1) What’s total comp for 2y IB analysts (ie. started job in summer-2020)? Do these analysts have a quasi-gaurantee (today in January know the bonus they’ll get this summer)?

2) For those thinking of leaving IB or who already did, what’s a no-brainer offer to jump to a hedge fund? (I.e. a price that 90% would accept without thinking)

Thanks in advance to all replies & good luck in your careers.
