What did you pick as your choices, was chemicals one of them or they stick you there?

I haven't seen much discussion on chemicals just like metals and mining. My guess is no one knows on here.

No, you're good to go assuming your a strong candidate, top bucket analyst and got good experience.

Chemicals is actually a pretty good group to be in IMO since you get a good amount of understanding of manufacturing, global macro etc... chemicals have also been a popular LBO target in the last 5-10 years.

CS and ML are very strong in Chemicals. Not sure how ML is now after the BAC fungus they've got growing on them.

citi, ML are definitely really good, I heard DB is also very strong in Chemicals

I already CS and ML are strong in chemicals.

What about UBS? If they were strong in chemicals I probably would have listed them along with CS and ML.

That doesn't mean its not a good opportunity, it just means its not an opportunity in the top group on Wall Street.
