Exit to Regional Boutique or Internal Coverage at MM

Currently an A1 in product group (80k, 10k sign, 30-60k bonus) looking to exit to coverage role, weighing options:

Offer with Regional boutique:

- 80k base, 10k sign, 40% bonus

- immediate hire for new year, several buy/sell sides launching then

Offer (internal) coverage group:

-100k base, won't have to repay 10k signing for leaving, 50-100% bonus

-Will transfer me but I have to wait til I hit 1 yr with firm (early summer, need for experienced A1 could be gone by then)

-MM but industry group has stronger M&A than others in firm

Anyone think potential of more hands-on M&A at smaller shop is better than comp differential?
