Have a superday soon for 2021 and was wondering how to speak about my resume in regards to having strong work experience but no leadership in extracurriculars?

Career Resources
Hey I'm just an intern too, but IMO real work experience is even more impressive. Is it more along the lines of waitressing/retail-type work or summer intern experience with finance? Both are great to talk about I would think!
If you work to support yourself in college and don't have time for leadership in extracurriculars I think that's a totally respectable move—no decent person would ever ding you for that.
If your work is finance-related, definitely be able to talk about it. In my experience, my interviewers would jump at anything on my resume and tailor the technicals to my work experience.
