Experiment: help me with REAL M&A DEAL

I'm hired as a lead (only) consultant for an acquisition of an SME healthcare company by a large state-owned medical institution in Europe. Transaction size in single digit $ millions.

I've never done healthcare and am too lazy to learn about it.

MY OFFER TO YOU IS THIS: lead this deal on my behalf, all via this WSO thread, don't get paid and get zero cred. Possibly add "consultant on a live middle-market M&A deal" to your CV.

So... what should be my first step?
