Failed Behavioral Test @ Deutsche Bank

I did an online behavioral test for an internship and I got an email saying "We regret to inform you that you have not been successful in achieving the minimum benchmark required to pass the online assessment and we are unable to progress your application on this occasion". First time doing one of these tests so was unsure if they wanted the "play it safe" or "take leadership" answer for each question.

Is this the end of the line for me? Can recommendations and networking still get me to the next stage? Should I submit a new application with a different email?

Wait until you apply to JPM and they have you virtually fill up balloons as large as you are comfortable with...idk if they still do this but when I was recruiting 2 years ago that stood out as the weirdest online test. Obviously they are trying to "measure" risk tolerance by seeing how close to popping the balloon you will go...but honestly it is so stupid. Don't worry about these tests just network a lot, focus on banks that do OCR at your school because they might just come do first round interviews at your campus without bothering with the tests if you go to a target

For things like that choose leadership every single time. No one in this realm wants to hire someone who is going to be soft.
