FIG exit opps

Can someone share a bit what are the potential exit opps from FIG VP level? Currently covering fintech and have been approached for a great opportunity in FIG with plenty of room to grow, but want to make sure I am not pigeonholing myself into a narrow field with no possibility of exit.
