Interviewing with their tech team in boston and got thru 1st round (30 min meeting with VP) and superday (3, 30 minute meetings with three VPs), and now have one 30 minute meeting with MD. What types of questions should I prep for and what should I be expecting?

I did this for a bank too, exactly the same format in terms of having a 1st round-> SD-> final round. Surprising to hear there actually are other ones that do a final round after the SD. But for me it was all behavioral. Not STAR like questions but stuff about your motivations in banking, why x firm, and what you did in your internships. Basically just scanning your resume and asking about stuff on there
Was it less of an interview and more of a conversation? In past feel like MDs are more affable and just try to see if you're a good motivated kid

What did he say at the end of the meeting? Was it a positive sort of "We'll be in touch"? 48 Hours isn't too long. Mine was on a Friday and I heard back Monday. So I'd say if yours was Monday, hope to hear back by EOW.

hmmm, I would maybe shoot an email over Friday or Thursday end of day but don't be pushy. You should be able to hear back by end of week.
I emailed HR on Friday morning asking when I should be expecting to hear back and today is Wednesday and I havent heard back. Does this mean Im dinged or that they are still unsure or are interviewing more candidates. Do I ask again or just ignore it. I kinda need to know because I have another outstanding offer
