Finance jobs with the most PTO?

Many of my friends working in Investment Banking and consulting have recently burned out or have had medical issues. I’m particularly interested in HF/ PE/ quant shops and I was wondering which field, excluding tech, grants the most PTO or just time off in general. I’m assuming as long as you’re making money they would be okay with it. Heard Two Sigma is pretty chill with time off but would love to know if there are other places like them.

It’s different but corporate finance roles at any large company generally have extremely good hours and pretty reasonable hours. I recently left my job as an analyst at a large tech company to go into banking. When you do the math my hourly wage at the former company makes my banking wage look like peanuts lol.

If you’re looking for a great WLB I’d recommend.
