Hi all I noticed that Knopman has a bunch of different add-ons for the prep courses. These are addons are workbooks, extensions, all-access pass, or replacement book.
Are any of these useful and should I get any or should the standard prep course be fine?

My bank only gives about a week of studying time during training with knopman, is that typically enough time?
Yes. Take the SIE in advance if you can, that probably takes the most time (very broad topics, not difficult but lots of chapters). That way you have one less thing to worry about during training
The 79 takes 3-4 days and the 63 takes like 1-2 days max.
