Firms friendly to FT hires
Non-Target going to be at a mid-to-lower tier BB in Houston this summer IBD. Looking to get to NYC or CHI for full-time. Anyone know of firms that have historically had decent FT recruitment programs

Career Resources
Stephens doesn't have interns, so they hire a full new class of FT analysts every year (roughly 25-30). NY office isn't too large though, think they only bring on 3-5 analysts per class.
Other banks with NY openings that I recall or was in contact with during FT recruiting - Piper Jaffray, Stifel, Cowen, Jefferies
PJT (M&A and RSSG) and Evercore (NYC M&A and RX) both hire a sizable number of people full-time. JPM FIG hired multiple people FT also, but I've heard that the group is a sweatshop.
A lot of the stuff that I've seen is very much one-off--examples including Lazard, BAML SF, MS, Millstein, and others. Take this all with a grain of salt--I'm at a target and I'm not sure how open these roles are to non-target kids.
